Apexers Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, "Apexers," "we," "us," or "our") respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. We operate our services under the app/operating name Zeus OEC.
This Privacy Policy is based on the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario privacy laws, including the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) , where relevant. It describes the types of Personal Information we may collect, use, disclose, process, and protect when you use our Services, and the rights you have with respect to that information.
"Personal Information" means information about an identifiable individual, including but not limited to age, race, ethnic or national origin, religion, marital status, education or employment history, DNA, and financial information. Information that cannot be used to identify a specific individual, such as aggregated statistical data, is not Personal Information.

Through our mobile and desktop applications, including Zeus OEC (e.g., Apple iOS apps, etc.) that link to this Privacy Policy or that you download from the Websites (collectively, the "Apps");
When you interact with our advertisements and applications on third-party websites and services, if those advertisements and applications contain links to this Privacy Policy; and
In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and us, including when you subscribe to our newsletters and other marketing information, invitations, and participation in our events, loyalty programs, or promotions.
We use the term "Services" to refer collectively to the Websites, the Apps (including Zeus OEC), and the other services described above.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by us offline or through any other means not described in this Privacy Policy, nor does it apply to information collected by any third party.

This Website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. Google Analytics uses cookies to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. We may disclose your Personal Information to the following recipients:
a) Service Providers
We share Personal Information with service providers that help us operate our business and perform services on our behalf. These service providers are required to process Personal Information only on our behalf and for the same purposes for which the Personal Information was collected, and they must comply with this Privacy Policy and appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
b) Parent Companies, Affiliates, and Subsidiaries
We share Personal Information within our corporate group for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and as required or permitted by law.
c) Industry Partners or Sponsors

Except as expressly described in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your Personal Information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
6. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our Services and other materials may contain content provided by third parties, or links or references to third-party websites and services that we do not operate. These third parties may use cookies, alone or in conjunction with other tracking technologies, to collect information about you when you use our Websites. We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may use them. A link to a third-party service does not imply endorsement of it. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Information you provide to these other websites and services.
7. How We Protect Your Personal Information
Your Personal Information is stored on our servers as well as on the servers of the recipient categories listed in Section 5. We implement reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that your Personal Information is protected against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, in accordance with applicable laws. We restrict access to your Personal Information to authorized parties, regularly review and evaluate the effectiveness of our security measures, and limit the collection and use of your Personal Information to that which is necessary to provide you with the Services.
The security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Websites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. You should not share your password with anyone. No system or online data transmission is completely secure. If you believe that Personal Information you have provided to us is no longer secure, please notify us immediately using the contact information provided below.
8. Retention of Personal Information

Under PIPEDA and applicable Ontario privacy laws, you have the following rights with respect to your Personal Information:
Right to Know: You have the right to understand our policies and practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your Personal Information.
Right to Access: You have the right to request access to the Personal Information we hold about you. We will respond to your written request within 30 days.
Right to Correct: You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete Personal Information we hold about you.
Right to Withdraw Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent to the collection, use, or disclosure of your Personal Information at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide you with the Services.
Right to Complain: You have the right to file a complaint with our Privacy Officer, or with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) or the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario (IPC) .
Right to Non-Discrimination: You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of the above rights.

10. Privacy Breach Reporting
In accordance with PIPEDA's mandatory breach reporting requirements, if we discover a breach of security safeguards involving your Personal Information and we have reasonable grounds to believe that the breach creates a real risk of significant harm to you (including identity theft, financial loss, or reputational damage), we will:
Notify the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) ; and
Notify you directly.
We will provide these notifications as soon as feasible after we become aware of the breach. We will also maintain a record of every privacy breach.
If your Personal Information involves health information covered by Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) , we will handle breach notifications in accordance with the additional requirements of PHIPA.
11. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 16, we will immediately take steps to delete that information.
12. International Data Transfers
Your Personal Information may be transferred to and stored on computers located outside of your province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside Canada and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data to Canada and process it there. By providing your information, you consent to this transfer.
We will ensure that any cross-border data transfers comply with the applicable requirements of PIPEDA and implement appropriate safeguards.
